NSZZ “Solidarnosc” in Vattenfall, accompanied by all other trade unions in the company, demand increase of wages above the inflation level. Very good financial position and increasing profits of the company have not reflected in the workers wages. Over last few years the effectiveness of the workforce has increased significantly, still many worjers of the corporation must seek a second job to support their families
