The highest decision-making authority of the Union is Congress and between the congresses it is the National Commission, which gathers around 100 members, including presidents of the regions and branch secretariats. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the national level everyday work is conducted by a body called the Presidium of the National Commission, which constitutes of 6 members:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
