Trade unions of the Energa Capital Group, including NSZZ “Solidarnosc”, organized a protest action against violating the workers’ rights. The warning strike lasted about 2 hours. It was an effect of a long lasting collective dispute between the workers and the management of some of the Groups companies. 98% of the workers voted for a strike action in order to oppose violation of the workers’ right and concluded agreements, and transferring the costs of incompetent management onto the workers. The workers have warned that prolonged stall may cause further protest actions.
