– The Internet campaign HappyCashier.com aimed at improving the working conditions of supermarkets workers was launched by NSZZ “Solidarnosc”. At the webpage http://www.happycashier.com/ a petition to the managements of all chain stores is prepared to be signed, and so far we hale collected several thousand signatures. According to our research, 68% of the workers in this sector say the chain stores do not improve their working conditions, and 65% say that there is insufficient dialogue and trust between the workers and managers. Generally, the staff of supermarkets is quite pessimistic about their workplace.
