National
Commission appeals to negotiate
24 Jan. - "Solidarnosc" appealed to the government to negotiate immediately
with the social partners of the system of remuneration in Health Service determining
relation of the remuneration between the particular professional groups according to the
average national remuneration.
NSZZ "Solidarnosc" offered also the government to negotiate the system of
remuneration in the budget sector connected with the growth of the average salary in the
national economy.
During a session of the National Commission of NSZZ "Solidarnosc" on 23rd of
January the positions on the matter of Health Service, system wage negotiation and the
dangers in realization of the program "Development of eastern Poland" were
duscussed.
NSZZ "Solidarnosc" is against the proposed co-financing the medical services.
"Trade Unions will not agree for rising health fees, unless it is loyal participation
in the costs of supporting the health care system by everyone, who is insured in
dependence on their income". - claimed Janusz Sniadek, the President of the National
Commission NSZZ "Solidarnosc" - "we are alarmed , because the authorities
have not got any real solution how to solve these social conflicts, which are increasing.
These conflicts are effect of the legal remuneration's claims. Every conflict produces
tensions in next professional groups, which may feel omitted and it is justified".
According to The Trade Union, the government tolerates making the agreements only by
one professional group, what cause even more social tensions and chaos in the system.
"S" is also against the present coalition's attempts to force through
legislative solutions without required by law social consultations. At the same time it
has been established, that chairman of the National Commission would ask the prime
minister to summon in a rapid way regional commissions of social dialogue, which would
judge the situation in the most endangered branches in regions. |
